This our standard turnaround time - additional time may be required for extra large or complex customization orders.

• Stock wristbands: 2-3 business days
• Custom wristbands: 7–10 business days after final artwork approval

Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order ships.

Transit Times
Standard ground shipping within Canada takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location.

Remote areas like Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut do not qualify for free shipping.

Free Shipping
We offer free ground shipping across Canada, however specific order minimums are required.

• Tyvek, Plastic & Vinyl - minimum of 5 boxes of 500 bands (2,500 pcs) required
• Cloth - minimum of 500 bands required
• Lanyards - minimum of 500 pcs required

**Extended / Remote delivery surcharges -  Our free shipping offer does not cover these surcharges which are imposed by the courier for "select and remote" destinations, all surcharges must be paid by the customer. A customer representative will contact you should your delivery location reside in a remote delivery zone.
