By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms, which outline both your rights and responsibilities as a customer, as well as our obligations as the provider. These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all purchases made through Wristbands247.ca. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all purchases made through Wristbands247.ca. The website is owned and operated by Decor Print Group LLC, doing business as Wristbands247 and/or Wristbands247 Canada (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Order Cancellations

  • We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery.
  • Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled without our written consent.
  • Custom wristband orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once they are in production, as these products are 
         manufactured specifically for you and cannot be resold.
  • Deferred deliveries of goods already in production require approval and may be subject to fees to cover losses or materials 
         used.

3. Warranties

  • Wristbands247 guarantees that products are merchantable and conform to the specifications provided by the buyer at the 
         time of purchase.
  • Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Customer approval of proofs (via email confirmation or signed proof) indicates full acceptance of product quality, layout, 
        spelling, color, and design.

Note: Wristbands247 does not guarantee exact color matches due to natural variances in materials and printing. PANTONE® colors are used wherever possible, but slight variations may occur within a production run.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Wristbands247 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, event disruptions, 
         or third-party claims.
  • If a product is found defective, our sole obligation will be to:
  1. Repair or replace the defective product,
  2. Issue a store credit equal to the value of the defective goods, or
  3. Refund the purchase price upon return of the defective goods.
  • This is the exclusive remedy available to the buyer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Stock Wristbands

  • Returns are accepted for stock wristbands within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and in original      packaging.
  • No restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Refunds apply to product value only and will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.

Custom Wristbands

  • All custom-printed wristbands are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Once production begins, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be issued.
  • This includes wristbands with logos, custom text, patterns, or variable data printing (e.g., barcodes, QR codes, 
         personalized names).
  • Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production.
  • Wristbands247 is not liable for any errors or omissions once proof approval is given.

6. Delivery

  • Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Wristbands247 is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our    
         control.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once goods are shipped (FOB point).

7. Inspection & Claims

  • Customers must inspect all shipments within 10 days of receipt.
  • Claims for shortages, defects, or damages must be reported within this 10-day window.
  • Wristbands247 may require:
    • Inspection of the goods at your location, or
    • Return of goods at your expense for verification.
  • Claims submitted after 10 days will not be accepted.

8. Color & Quality Variances

  • Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed due to material and printing variances.
  • For bulk orders over one million units, specific PANTONE® colors may be used, but minor differences may still occur within      a single production run.

9. Ownership & Security Interest

  • Wristbands247 retains legal ownership of all goods until full payment is received.
  • Until paid in full, Wristbands247 reserves the right to reclaim goods in the event of non-payment.

10. Taxes

  • All applicable taxes, duties, or charges (federal, provincial, or municipal) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Taxes will be added to the purchase price if Wristbands247 pays them on your behalf.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Wristbands247, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
